A reservation is required to guarantee availability. A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between you and the Desert Palm Inn Motel. It assures that your accommodations will be kept available for you for all the dates indicated, and it assures us that we can torn away other potential guests for dates indicated. There is a one night or 50% deposit required (whichever is greater) in order to confirm reservations.
Cancellation of a reservation, or departure before the agreed date, would result in a loss of revenue with little opportunity to recover the loss. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the entire balance of a reservation amount upon arrival. No change in reservation will be permitted at check in.
A two week written notice of cancellation is required for the refund of deposits of motel room rentals (after prom weekends/or June 28). Your entire deposit will be forfeited if your reservation is cancelled within two weeks of arrival date. There will be no refunds if you check out prior to agreed date of reservation. (Prom reservations and Apartment rental deposits are non refundable at anytime). All eligible cancellations are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
There is also a $30.00 fee for all checks with insufficient funds.
Credit Cards over the phone may not be used to confirm reservations.
It is understood that the Desert Palm Inn Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal sickness, or injury, etc. We are also not responsible for accidents or damages that may occur such as loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
We request that you look at the rental unit and read over our policies prior to entering into a contract.
Personal Checks are NOT accepted at time of check in. Visa/MasterCard/Discover, Cash, Money Orders and Certified Checks are accepted.
Check in time is 2:00PM. Check out time is 10:00AM. Your promptness will be appreciated, as we must prepare the rental for the next tenant. If you do not comply, a late fee will be charged.
If the rental unit is found to be excessively dirty or damaged in any way, costs will be deducted from the security deposit, or charged to your credit card.
Due to insurance/fire & borough code regulations, only those registered may use the motel facilities. If you wish a guest to stay, please register with a desk clerk in the office.
Only one (1) vehicle per unit is allowed on the premises, as parking is limited. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the car owner’s expense.
Sorry, No Pets Allowed.
